Returns & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

The product must be brand new and does not affect secondary sales.
The shipping costs for return and exchange due to subjective reasons such as dislike are borne by the customer.

Because the size is not suitable, the customer must bear the return shipping fee for returns.
For any product that is obviously defective or damaged due to our fault, we provide a full refund.

Steps:

1.Prepare the original product. order number. The photo includes the outer packaging.
2.Contact service@merumote.com and provide the above information to apply for a refund or exchange.
3.Your request will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the return.

4.After-sales time: Within 7 working days after receiving the goods, do not process beyond the time

Refund time:

1. Refund if not shipped, refund within 3 working days
2. Refund and return, after receiving the return, the refund will be processed within 3 working days

Refund path:
The fee will be returned to the account where the payment was made

   Notes:

1. Please keep the original package and all information well as an evidence for us to confirm your items.

2. Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. Return without contacting our service is not accepted.

4. We will provide return address after checking pictures. Please don't return to the address on the package.
